1. Acceptance
By using Jogali you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Jogali offers free online games in the browser. The service is provided “as is”: we may change, pause or remove games and features at any time, and we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
3. Your account
You can play without an account. To sign in we use Sign in with Google. You are responsible for the security of your Google account and for what happens in your session. You can stop using Jogali at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You must not: use bots or programs to gain an advantage or harm other players; try to break into, overload or exploit flaws in the service; copy, redistribute or resell Jogali’s code, art, sounds or brand without permission; or use the service illegally or in ways that violate others’ rights.
5. Intellectual property
The games, the Jogali brand, art, texts and code belong to Jogali or its licensors. You receive a personal, limited, revocable license to play; nothing here transfers ownership.
6. Progress and data
We do our best to keep your progress, but we do not guarantee it will never be lost (for example, when clearing browser data or because of technical failures).
7. Suspension
We may suspend or block accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jogali is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to use Jogali means accepting the current version.
10. Governing law and contact
